- Raffle tickets are put in the President's box; money goes to the
Foundation Treasurer.
- Drawing will be done once during each Club meeting. President will
thoroughly stir the tickets in the box, then someone else, typically the
guest speaker, will draw 1 to 6 tickets (matching the number of prizes
scheduled to be given) and hand them to the President. President will
announce the winners: names and cities.
- Prizes will be awarded, lowest to highest value, in the order in which the
tickets are read.
- Tickets will be given to the Secretary, who will keep a copy of winner
information and prizes. Secretary will post winner(s), names and cities,
on the website and in the Desert Wheel.
- Tickets are then given to the Foundation Treasurer, who will write the
checks and mail them to the winners.
- Tickets are then returned to the President's box in time for the next
drawing.
